Last week RenewData hosted two excellent online presentations related to revisions in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP). Presented as "A View From The Trenches", an all-star panel of eDiscovery experts with varying professional perspectives were brought together to discuss how revisions in the FRCP might affect their day-to-day professional lives.

The panel for these two online presentations included:

George Socha - President, Socha Consulting LLC
Sheila Mackay - National Director of Litigation Technology, Bingham McCutchen LLP
James Wright, P.E. - Director of Electronic Discovery, Halliburton Litigation Group
Arthur L. Smith, Esq. - Member of the Firm, Husch & Eppenberger, LLC

The presentations were moderated by Jason Velasco of RenewData - one of the founders of RenewData and a leading expert in eDiscovery.

These educational presentations were "conversational" in nature and had an interesting amount of "give and take" on how the FRCP revisions might affect the landscape of both eDiscovery in specific and Discovery in general.

The online archive for both presentations can be found at http://www.renewdata.com/archived-web-seminars.php.

If you are interested in how the FRCP changes might affect you - you might want to check them out.
